These Terms of Service govern your use of the SkyTrove online store and your purchase of products from us. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our published Privacy, Shipping, and Returns & Refunds policies.

Online store use

You must use the site only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its security, operation, or other customers. You may not transmit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use our content or products to violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, contents, prices, and availability accurately. Display colors and scale can vary by device, and minor packaging or production variations may occur. If material information is incorrect, we may correct it and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, or an unsupported delivery address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable sales taxes, carrier charges, or similar amounts other than import duties and customs clearance fees will be handled as shown at checkout or as required by applicable authorities. SkyTrove covers import duties and customs clearance fees; customers do not need to pay these charges separately when receiving their orders. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, address rules, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, return-shipping responsibility, damaged-item procedures, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The SkyTrove name, site design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to SkyTrove and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Product and aircraft names or marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and SkyTrove will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any liability limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The current version and its effective date will be posted here. Changes do not reduce rights already attached to an accepted order unless permitted by law.
